Viktorija Rusinaitė is a researcher and has worked for public and private bodies conducting policy research in the fields of culture and education since 2008. As an activist she is involved in a number of community arts and education initiatives dealing with public participation and transformation of public spaces in disadvantaged neighbourhoods. Her latest projects are: Congress on Public Spaces & NESET II Network on Social Dimension of Education and Culture.

Dionizas Litvaitis is a freelance journalist and researcher. He has worked as science communication and project manager at educational institutions since 2010. He also took part in various art and media projects: Cafebabel.co.uk, City Re:Searchers Experiences of Publicness and was organising communications of cross-disciplinary research and educational program Zooetics. His latest projects are: Congress on Public Spaces and the fixers agency Fixers.Press.
